Here’s a look inside a $12 million dollar home located in Southern California. Built in 2009, this House has 5 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms; a total of 10,114 square feet. Of course. a lot of us won’t or don’t care to live in a residence of this magnitude. But there are a lot of good design inspirations we can use from this home.
Large open spaces and high ceilings is CA living at its best. Rooftop patio with ocean and city views makes this an inner city oasis.
The kitchen is chef inspired equipped with Mielie appliances ( I just learned these are high-end domestic and commercial appliances). I love the idea of all the cabinets wrapped in aluminum to match the stainless steel appliances and the rounded islands. Those are definitely unique and not seen in many homes. Check out the unusual Chandelier. It looks custom designed and brings a bang of color. The neutral colors in the kitchen give the chandelier focus as a piece of artwork. An oversized picture is the secondary focus of this kitchen/dining room.
Just off the kitchen is a family, entertaining room with large oversized leather tufted sofas with reclining seats.
The generously spaced master suite on the third floor features built-ins and another “pop of color” chandelier just outside the entrance. Before you groan about taking three flights of stairs to go to bed, although its’s not pictured, the house also has an elevator.
Master bathroom has a tub for two and two enclosed toilets. Lots of nooks for towels plus a very interesting window treatment.
The guest suite comes with its own kitchen and panoramic ocean views.
You can keep an eye on your cars, parked in the garage, from this atrium room with fire pit.
The home exterior is complete with a pool and spa, BBQ and fire-pit and the rooftop offers impeccable ocean views.
So what do you think? Would you be happy living in a 10,000 square foot mansion?
Amazing.
Love the master bathroom!!
Me too. They have two toilets. Lol.
WOW! I can’t even imagine being there, I’d even love to live in that guest suite 🙂
I wouldn’t mind living there either.
